Reid's started operation is 1963 in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia with the philosophy of service to our customers. Service is the underlying driver behind every action taken by the Reid\u2019s and their staff. As part of a three-tier system in WV, we the wholesaler, have to provide the greatest level of service. \u201cDetail in retail\u201d means that we have to do more than just deliver product. The only thing that rivals the family\u2019s commitment to service is their commitment to selling beer responsibly. \u201cWe want to sell as much as we can, of course,\u201d explains Trent, \u201cbut we have to do that in a way that keeps the beverages out of the hands of young people.
